Course Content
This workshop aims to deepen participants’ understanding of differential
attainment and equip them with practical tools to promote equity in
medical education. Participants will engage in discussions and activities
to create a more inclusive learning environment for all healthcare
professionals.
The session will cover the lived experiences of diverse medical
professionals, explore causes of differential attainment, and offer
actionable solutions for addressing disparities. Participants will also
enhance their leadership and communication skills to support an
inclusive culture and foster a supportive learning environment.
