All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% however exclude refundable breakage deposit and cleaning fee.
Full payment is required to finalise your reservation. A 50% deposit is required upon receipt of first invoice, remaining 50% deposit required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Payment may be processed either by electronic bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form.
Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted to Turners DMC in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 22 August 2026 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00.
Reservations cancelled after 22nd September 2026 will attract the following cancellation penalties:
- 60 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
- 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply
An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 01 November 2026.
