- Legally eligible for full-time work in your country of employment (excluding student/temporary residency visas)
- English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Eager to kickstart a tech career, showcasing a growth mindset and unwavering dedication
- Ready to commit for the duration of the programme
- Access to a computer/laptop with steady internet and camera (no mobile phones or tablets)
- Not currently employed by a ServiceNow customer or partner
- No prior formal experience with ServiceNow (self-guided training on ServiceNow University exempted)
- No prior Mainline ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM-CIS)
- Have not previously completed a NextGen, RiseUp, or ServiceNow Academic Program including Government-sponsored programs like NASCOMM, AICTE, ICT Academy, TNDC (Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation).
