Waiver of Liability and General Release
I understand that the Didsbury Lions BBQ contest is a day and nighttime outdoor event; that the ground cover and lighting are uneven; that there are many people, temporary facilities, stationary and moving equipment on the grounds as well as other potential hazards.
In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to
be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and
administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for any and all damages I may have against the Didsbury Lions, its directors, representatives, sucessors, employees, contractors, guests and fellow volunteers. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the KCBS and of the Didsbury Lions BBQ contest. I grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recording or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose.
