Pet guardianship can be expensive, but the value animals bring into our lives is priceless. To help keep people with their pets, the Edmonton Humane Society is pleased to provide a Pet Pantry to assist individuals facing financial barriers to access food and supplies for their companion animals.

Program Overview
- Clients must be approved before receiving support. Approval is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to help or offer alternatives.
- You may list up to 5 animals on your application. Newly acquired pets or litters cannot be added later.
- Some items may be unavailable or substituted. Supplies are provided only for the animals listed on the application.
- Approved clients must be able to pick up supplies at our facility. Delivery is not available.

I am responsible for scheduling all future appointments through the online booking system before the date supplies are needed.I understand that if accepted to the program, support is available by appointment ONLY - walk ins will not be acceptedI understand and acknowledge that clients MUST bring a piece of government issued photo ID to their appointment to pick-up provided suppliesI understand and acknowledge that this program is exclusively meant to support animals documented at the time of the application. EHS will not support newly acquired animals or offspring from existing animals added to the household after the application has been submitted.I understand and acknowledge that EHS may not always have the food/supplies requested due to limitations of resources or demands on the program. EHS will work to provide substitutions when possible.I understand that EHS has a zero-tolerance policy for drug use, profanity, and aggression. The safety and respect of staff, volunteers, and veterinary affiliates is of the utmost importance. I understand and acknowledge that EHS reserves the right to deny or terminate assistance at their discretion.
