By filling out this application, I confirm that all decision-makers in my household are in agreement and that I am fully committed and financially prepared to complete a purchase or place a deposit for an upcoming litter.
Once your application has been approved, a $500 reservation deposit must be placed within 48 hours to secure your puppy or waitlist placement. Applications without a deposit after 48 hours may result in the puppy or spot being offered to the next approved family.
