Karate & Self-Defence Registration | Winter 25

Saturday | 3:00 PM – 5:15 PM
Each club must have its own membership. Only registered club members will be allowed to participate in activities. Memberships are non-transferable between participants or clubs.

Sisters-Only Session:
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Ages 9+
Family Session:
4:15 PM – 5:15 PM
Open to all ages (families may register together)

Duration:
December 20th, 2025

Location:
ISNA Canada – 2200 South Sheridan Way, Mississauga, ON L5J 2M4

Equipment:
All training equipment required for the session will be provided.
Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended.
Participants may bring their own martial arts uniform (gi) if they have one.
Families should arrive a few minutes early to check in and settle before the class begins.

To Participate in This Program, You Must:
1. Complete the registration form
2. Adhere to and agree with the Code of Conduct Policy
3. Read and sign the Waiver and Liability Agreement
4. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email.

This registration covers the December 20th seminar date only. Future sessions or programs will require new registration.
