For this practical training service you must have first completed the required pre-requisite theory certification training through NZLT Institute.

Note: If you have completed the required theory elsewhere, upload a copy of the certificate and Letter of Attainment (LOA or curriculum record) that provides an outline of what theory components were taught by the training organisation (this must be on their letterhead) using the upload button within this form - afterwhich we can confirm if you are able to attend our practical training service.

We do not mind if you have your own training models to treat on the day however they must be suitable to treat, not on any contraindicated medications, or have had melanoma skin cancer, they cannot have had recent active sun tanning or strong sun exposure to the area to be treated. No media recording of the training sessions is permitted.

Practical Training Certificates are issued electronically by NZ Laser Training Institute Ltd at no extra charge.
