      ROLE OVERVIEW
      As a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, this role is responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies that enhance the organisation’s brand presence, increase audience engagement, and expand social media communities. You will manage digital campaigns from start to finish, oversee boosting budgets, establish KPIs, and ensure performance optimisation. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, detail-oriented, highly organised, and exhibits a growth mindset, thriving in a collaborative team environment.

       

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


      Strategy Development & Execution

      • Define and implement digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and other online platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
      • Initiate and manage integrated digital campaigns that build visibility and strengthen audience connection.
      • Develop platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms, ensuring optimal positioning and audience engagement.

      Campaign Ownership & Budget Management

      • Take full ownership of digital campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
      • Manage paid social media boosting and advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation and optimisation for maximum ROI.
      • Set clear KPIs for campaigns (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions) and report on performance regularly.

      Content Creation & Management

      • Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content (posts, blogs, videos, reels, banners, HTML) tailored to different platforms and audience behaviours.
      • Ensure all content reflects the organisation’s tone, positioning, and storytelling approach.
      • Manage the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across platforms.

      Email Marketing

      • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture audience engagement and communicate organisational impact effectively.

      Performance Monitoring & Insights

      • Track and analyse digital performance metrics using analytics tools; provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
      • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
      • Understand fan behaviours across different platforms and adapt content strategies accordingly.    

      Partnerships & Collaboration

      • Collaborate with celebrities, KOLs and influencers to amplify campaign reach and impact.
      • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimise campaign strategies and deliverables, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.  

      Creative & Technical Support

      • Oversee design and production of digital assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
      • Produce videos and reels to amplify organisational impact and enhance audience engagement.
      • Support urgent campaigns and brand initiatives with rapid turnaround when needed.

       

      QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

      • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
      • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation; candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
      • Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies and campaigns with measurable results.
      • Strong understanding of online marketing channels, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms), and audience behaviour.
      • Expertise in content positioning, platform-specific engagement strategies, and paid advertising optimisation.
      • Experience in managing campaign budgets and setting KPIs.
      • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, Meta Business Suite, and social listening tools.
      • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
      • Proficiency in photo/video editing and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
      • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong multitasking abilities.
      • Demonstrates a growth mindset, adaptability, flexibility and ability to work under pressure (e.g., emergency communications within 48 hours).
      • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork, experience in NGO sector is a plus.
