  • Submission Form for Eventing Dates for 2027

    To assist the State Eventing Committee with TD allocation and to stop two Pony Club Eventing Events being held on the same weekend, we are asking clubs to submit their requested dates for the 2027 calendar. All clubs will be allocated one date, and the committee may consider a second date for clubs should the calendar permit. Please complete and return this form no later than Friday  December 2026.

    ** Please note that State Events need to be applied for on a separate Jot form under Submissions for State events 2027.

  • All Pony Club WA Clubs and Zones running ODE's or Horse Trials running under Pony Club WA Rules must have their application for a date approved by the State Eventing Committee and Pony Club WA. Technical Delegates are allocated to each event by the Eventing Technical Delegate Coordinator and Pony Club WA. Clubs are not permitted to organise their own Technical Delegate.

    Clubs with more requests for more than one event will receive allocations for subsequent dates according to Technical Delegate availability.

    We will endeavour to allocate a Technical Delegate for all event dates requested. Clubs are responsible for appointing an accredited Pony Club WA or EWA Course Designer for their event and a Technical Delegate will not be appointed without confirmation of this.
