🍕 Catering Stand Application Form 🍕
Revesby Country Fair will take place on Sunday 2nd August 2026. To book a catering stand, please complete this application form in full by Dec 31st 2025. Please note, all catering stand bookings are subject to approval from the committee to avoid duplication. We therefore reserve the right to cancel your booking if it is deemed too similar to other stand holders.

Book before Dec 31st to lock in last year's prices!

Please note that we cannot accept caterers selling ice cream or alcohol due to exclusivity arrangements - apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Minimum stand frontage: 3m. Standard site depth 9m.
Extra tickets (£10)*
Each application includes 2 entry tickets as standard.

One required for each vehicle brought by staff. No extra charge for additional car passes.

Risk assessment

It's our opinion that every stand has an element of risk, either to staff or to public. At the very least there is always a risk of injury due to tripping or exhibits/ goods falling. If you choose to state ‘No’ or 'N/A' on this risk assessment, this categorically does not exempt you from liability should an accident occur involving your trade site. Your risk assessment must include set up, show day & break down for your stand. Please ensure your risk assessment is signed & dated.

Previous positions cannot be guaranteed. Stand sites are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Every exhibitor must have their own Public Liability Insurance. Applications are not valid and will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by a copy of your insurance certificate or schedule.

If you are selling alcohol, you must apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN) from ELDC. Tickets will not be issued without it.

We will confirm receipt of your application and payment by e-mail.

The organisers accept no responsibility for any documentation you upload to this application form. All insurance documentation must be up-to-date and cover the date of the show. If any current insurance documents will expire before the show, please send up-to-date insurance documents to trade@revesbycountryfair.co.uk once they are available.
