The Nursery Village offers specialist horticultural growers a unique opportunity to design and showcase stunning displays, engage with the public, and share their passion for plants while offering them for purchase.

Exhibit Fees

A fee of €500 will apply to each Nursery Village exhibit (allocated space with 3m x3m marquee, 9-12sqm display frame to the front and 4 sales tables)

A fee of €500 applies to exhibits in the Nursery Village. Invoices will be issued to successful applicants in late February and payment will be required by Friday, 27th March 2026.

Each exhibit will consist of an allocated space of approx. 40 sq. metres, containing a 3m x 3m marquee, a 9-12 sqm display area, and four sales tables. See image above for reference. Dedicated storage space for trollies will be provided at the rear of each exhibit, with access to each stand via trackway for loading and unloading.

4. Selling Tables

Four trestle tables will be included in the exhibit fee. They must be placed within each exhibitor's allocated exhibit space and must not block designated walk ways or inhibit the flow of pedestrian traffic.
5. Sketch Required

All applicants are required to provide a sketch detailing their proposed display design, including plant list. Please upload documentation via the link below:

6. Payment

Please note a fee of €500 is due on confirmation of acceptance of your application. The deadline for payment is 27th March 2026. An invoice detailing payment options will be issued.
