    1. Gibraltar resident ID cards for applicant(s)/director(s) who provide a residential address in Gibraltar;
    2. ID card, passport or other proof of identification for applicant(s)/director(s) who provide a residential address outside Gibraltar;
    3. Business name and business name registration number (if applicable);
    4. Company name and company incorporation number (if applicable);
    5. Lease/licence agreement for business premises and photographs (interior and exterior)/site plan for premises; 
    6. Proof of client account (unless the business will not be handling client monies, or if evidence of the client account is to be provided within the next 3 months); and
    7. Qualifications, insurance and policies (applicable to certain service types only).

    Business licences are issued in respect of business premises and allow the applicant to conduct the business from those premises. The requirement for premises may be waived by the OFT in cases where the OFT is satisfied that the business can be properly carried on without premises. Traders of goods are: - required to have appropriate commercial premises from which to trade (usually either a retail unit or a store, but not an office); - cannot operate from their homes; and - are not eligible for a waiver from the requirement to have premises. This should abide by appropriate infection control practices in the United Kingdom (e.g. those set by the Infection Prevention Society); and (C) Sharps policy (safe management of needles, syringes and sharps) This only applies to businesses involved in activities where these items are used, handled, or disposed of.
