Refund Request Information

Please complete this form to request a refund in accordance with the OCENET Refund Policy and upload all required supporting documentation (e.g., IRCC refusal letter, medical documentation, proof of status change).
Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days after eligibility is confirmed.

A $500 administrative fee applies to approved refunds, except in cases of study permit refusal by IRCC.

Refunds are not guaranteed for withdrawals occurring more than 30 days after program start, unless exceptional, documented circumstances apply.
