Fundraising Commitments*

I agree to meet 50% of my fundraising target (£750) by Ramadan 2026 (March 2026)
Condition of Participation*

I acknowledge and accept that failure to meet the Ramadan 2026 (March 2026) fundraising target of £750 will result in the forfeit of my place, and I will not be permitted to attend the trip.
Full Fundraising Target*

I agree to make every reasonable effort to achieve the full fundraising target of £1,500 by 30 June 2026.
Shortfall Responsibility*

In the event that I do not reach the full fundraising target of £1,500 by the 30 June 2026 deadline, I understand and accept that I will be personally responsible for covering any shortfall. Failure to cover the shortfall will result in my exclusion from the trip.
Deadlines*

I agree to comply with all deadlines set by the organisers including payment deadlines. I understand failure to do so will result in my exclusion from the trip.
Deposit*

I acknowledge that the deposit of £200 is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Bike Hire*

I acknowledge any damage to the hire bikes is responsiblity of the rider and not the organisers.
Please note: Submission of the interest form does not guarantee a place. Selection will be based on a range of factors, including (but not limited to):
- Past fundraising contributions
- Demonstrated commitment to the cause
- Availability and capacity limits
As places are limited, priority may be given to applicants who have previously supported fundraising efforts or shown strong engagement.

If you are unsuccesful in securing your place, your data will be deleted and not retained.
