VENDOR INVESTMENTS ARE PER PRODUCT CATEGORY AND NOT PER BUSINESS. YOU WILL NEED TO SECURE A SPOT FOR EACH PRODUCT CATEGORY (I.e. jewelry, apparel, desserts, food, shoes, tumblers, etc. )

All vendors fees/investments are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NOT PERMITTED TO BE TRANSFERRED to another person or date. This is a rain or shine event. We will never knowingly put you in harms way and we will cancel IF it is absolutely necessary, however, we cannot control the weather and do not refund due to the weather, personal sickness nor sickness of a family member.*

Once your application has been submitted & reviewed, we will evaluate our availability for the date and location you've requested as well as check already confirmed vendors for similar products(s) and/or services. We do expect there to be more than one participant per category for jewelry, desserts, clothing, art, etc. at each market and our goal is to verify that items will be different enough to allow for fairness in selling prospectives for all.

If we find that your business is aligns with the Calm & Cozy Vendor Market, we will send you a an invoice for the dates you selected. PLEASE NOTE: Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. Invoices NOT paid within 24 hours, your invoice will be canceled and we will proceed to the next applicant.
