I acknowledge that Sunni D Sanctuary reserves the right to deny adoption if it believes that placement is not in the best interest of the pet.

I acknowledge that the pet's health and behavior have been described to me to the best of Sunni D Sanctuary's knowledge, but no guarantees can be made.

I acknowledge that I will not sell, abandon, or surrender this pet to any other individual or organization. Should circumstances arise in which I am unable to continue caring for this pet, I agree to return the animal directly to Sunni D Sanctuary.
