In the event of such occurrences, I agree that I will not hold Ladies & Gents 2 Warriors DBA Warrior Development Institute, their staff, volunteers, or affiliates legally responsible, and I waive any right to pursue legal action for such injuries. - By signing below, I as the parent, agree that both I and my son will uphold the highest standards of conduct at all practices, games, and tournaments. We will show respect to teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, and spectators; use positive and sportsmanlike communication; and avoid arguing with referees, taunting, bullying, profanity, or negative behavior. The player agrees to follow coaching instructions, give full effort, arrive prepared and on time, and represent the team with integrity. The parent/guardian agrees to support all players, avoid coaching from the sidelines, respect coaching decisions (including playing time), and address concerns using the 24-hour rule. Together, we commit to maintaining a positive, disciplined, team-first environment.*
