    • Lake Cathie & Bonny Hills — no travel fee
    • Port Macquarie, Laurieton — $15 travel fee
    • Wauchope, Sancrox, Kew, Kendall, Dunbogan — $20 travel fee
    • Telegraph Point, Blackmans Point — $30 travel fee
