Liability Waiver: I hereby release and hold harmless Minnesota Ballet School, its employees, agents, and volunteers from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in Holiday Dance Week & Open House. Photo & Video Release: I grant permission to Minnesota Ballet School to use photographs and videos taken during Holiday Dance Week & Open House for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print, online, and social media.
