    1. Price and Availability 

    • All prices can change at anytime until a deposit is made.
    • Submiting this form does not lock in or guarantee pricing 

    2. Travel Insurance

         Travel insurance is highly recommended for all trips 

    if you choose NOT to purchase travel insurance, you understand and accept that you may be responsible for all losses or expenses including but not limited to:

    • Trip cancellations or delays 
    • illness,emergencies,or injury before the trip 
    • Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage 
    • Missed flights or missed connections 
    • Weather related cancellation 
    • Any non-refundable costs charged by the supplier 

    3.Deposit and Payments 

    •  A deposit is required by the travel supplier to secure your booking 
    • failur to make your payments on time can result in cancellations or price changes 
    • payment deadlines are set by the supplier, not the travel agent 

    4. Accuracy of information 

    • you agree that all travelers information submitted is accurate and complete 
    • Any changes after (names,dates,birthdate,etc.) may cause fees 

    5. Passport requirements ( For International Trips) 

    • passports must be up to date and valid for international traveling. Most destinations require a passport to be valid for at least 6 months after your  dates
    • Failure to meet passport requirements can result in loss of funds 

    6. Communication & Response Times 

    • Submitting this form allows Jadaa's Expeditions to contact you regarding your inquiry 
    • These qoutes are based on the information provided and may change if you delay in responding 

    7. Card Authorization Form

     By proceeding with a booking with Jadaas Expeditions,you acknowledge the following:

    • a separate Card Authorization Form must be completed before any payments are processed.
    • The card authorization form must be filled out by the cardholder only, and must match the name on the payment card 
    • You authorize Jadaa's Expeditions to charge your card ONLY for the amount you approve on the authorization form 
    • You understand that No Payment will be processed without a completed and signed authorization 
    • You acknowledge that all payments are made directly to the travel supplier, not Jadaa's Expeditions, unless otherwise mentioned 
    • You understand that deposits and payments may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies
