Vendor Rules and Expectations
1. ARRIVAL AND SETUP
- Vendors may arrive by 1:30 pm.
- Setup must be completed by 2 pm.
- Spots are claimed in person only. No early holds.
- Vendors must follow space assignments given by the onsite representative.
2. TABLE SPACE USE
- All table space is "first come, first served" on the day of the event
- Tables vary in size and may be shared. Expect to share as directed by Badwolf's representatives.
- Spaces cannot be expanded with extra furniture, and vendors may not bring in their own tables.
- All displays must fit within your assigned footprint.
- No blocking walkways, cafe service areas, restrooms, or emergency exits.
3. VENDOR CONDUCT
- Be respectful to fellow vendors, staff, and customers.
- Follow any staff instructions promptly to maintain safety and flow.
- No amplified sound unless cleared ahead of time.
- No strong scents, open flames, heating appliances, or hazardous materials unless approved.
- Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise and personal items.
4. CAFE RULES
- Vendors may purchase food and drinks separately. Food and drink vendors will not be permitted.
- Any spill, mess, or excessive packaging must be cleaned up by the vendor.
5. SALES AND MONEY HANDLING
- Vendors handle their own payment systems.
- Vendors must comply with local sales tax or licensing requirements as applicable.
- Vendors can use the "Badwolf Guest" WiFi for payment processing. The password is Badwolf21
6. TEAR DOWN
- Vendors must stay until the end of the event unless there is an emergency.
- Tear down must be fully completed by 5:30 pm.
- Leave your area clean and trash disposed of properly.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
- The $10 vendor fee is nonrefundable.
- If a vendor is no longer able to attend the event, they must notify info@badwolfadventurestudios.com
- No-shows forfeit their space and fee.
- You may choose to allow transferring a spot to another approved vendor if arranged ahead of time via email to info@badwolfadventurestudios.com
