Same-day apostilles are processed from scanned copies of original documents only. The original document is NOT apostilled.
In order for your document to be apostilled the same day, we must receive it by 11am EST (Eastern Standard Time). Uploads of your document received after 11:00 will be processed the next business day.
Upload a CLEAR COLOR (if document is a color document) copy of your original document.
Your scanned document will be notarized and then apostilled.
The apostille that will be attached to your scanned document will not be processed in the state where your document was issued.
Government, notary and U.S. Shipping fees are included. (International shipping is available at an additional cost.

Shipping and Service Terms:

Once your documents are shipped, either within the US or Internationally, Beaches Notary & Apostille Service is no longer responsible for those documents. We will however provide you with a tracking number from the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) so that you can monitor your shipment.

International Shipping:

International shipping is available at an additional cost. The time frame for international shipping is typically 3 to 5 days, but can take longer due to international customs delays which is beyond our control.

Unforseen Delays (Force Majeure)

Beaches Notary & Apostille Service assumes no liability for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, government delays, Government policy changes or errors, shipping carrier issues errors and delays, courier delays, or other unexpected events not caused by Beaches Notary and Apostille Service. This list is not exhaustive. If such a situation occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to minimize the impact. Please note that some solutions may result in additional costs to you.

Full payment is required before the start of your service.

Non-Hague Countries

If the destination country of your document is NOT a member of the Hague Convention, your document will need additional legalization which will extend the processing time-frame as well as the cost.

Document Integrity

All completed apostilles must maintain their integrity once delivered to you (the client). The document must NOT be separated from the apostille certificate. Neither the apostille certificate nor the attached document(s) should be laminated. If the apostille certificate is separated from your document, or laminated, it will automatically be voided.

Document Retrieval Service

Document retrieval timeframe will vary depending on the government agency's processing time frame. The cost of the service will also vary depending on the type of document needed.
