(“Program”), delivered by Charlotte McKinnon (“Company”).
1. Program Overview
Social Foundations Intensive is a 6-week live support and implementation container for creators who
want to refine their strategy, strengthen their content, and confidently position themselves for brand
partnerships. During the Program, you will receive access to:
- Weekly 60–75 minute group coaching calls
- Weekly creator feedback threads
- A private Intensive subgroup (via Kajabi Communities)
- Creator tools + templates
- Social Foundations 1.0 course access (lifetime)
- Call replays for the duration of the Program
2. Program Investment
You agree to pay the fee according to your selected option:
- Early Bird Price: $647 AUD
- Full Price: $1,200 AUD
3. Payment Policy & Failed Payment Clause
Your payment is due according to your selected schedule. If a payment fails and is not resolved within
48 hours, your access to the Program will be revoked until payment is completed.
4. Access Period
The Intensive subgroup, feedback threads, and weekly support are available only during the 6-week
Program. You retain lifetime access to Social Foundations 1.0.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable.
6. Participant Responsibility & Engagement
Results are not guaranteed and depend on your implementation, effort, and consistency.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials inside the Program are the intellectual property of Charlotte McKinnon and may not be
copied or distributed.
8. Termination & Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for violations of guidelines, disrespectful
behaviour, or confidentiality breaches.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared
during the Program.
10. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from implementation of Program
materials.
11. General Provisions
Amendments must be in writing. This Agreement represents the full understanding between both
parties and supersedes prior agreements.
12. Acceptance
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Program terms.
