Waste disposal

Sustainability and waste disposal in Flanders represent a significant cost for the organisation.
As an exhibitor, you are expected to take away and dispose of all waste relating to the construction and dismantling of your stand yourself. If any waste is left behind, an increased fee (95 euros) will be charged.
You can choose in advance to have your waste disposed of on site by the organisation. Select an option.

Customer loyalty ticket- reduced rate. Upon presentation of the card, visitors receive free admission to the exhibition. This can be purchased by the exhibitor at a cost of €6 per day ticket.

Submission

By completing this form, the exhibitor declares to have read and accepted the internal regulations. Submitting an application does not imply automatic approval. The organization reserves the right to refuse applications or request additional information. Upon approval, an invoice will be sent; participation is only final after payment.
