Alsame 2027 or 2028 Conference Host Questionnaire
This questionnaire is for Alsame institutional members interested in hosting the 2027 or 2028 Alsame Youth Conference. Its purpose is to inform the Alsame Executive Board of your interest in exploring the possibility of serving as a future conference host.Completion of this form will be followed by one or more meetings with Alsame leadership to discuss expectations, capacity, and alignment. If both parties agree to move forward, a formal hosting agreement will be co-created to guide the process.
ALSAME & HOST RESPONSIBILITIES: Once a host is selected, the Alsame Board will work closely with the host leadership team to plan the one-day conference, recruit and select speakers, workshop presenters, entertainment, and other logistics.
The conference host is financially responsible for securing the space and providing the food, entertainment/speakers, and student transportation. Submissions will be reviewed upon receipt and applicants will be contacted by the Alsame E-Board to discuss the next steps.
