    Event Registration:
    All Fees are due at the time of registration
    $3.50 handling fee added to transaction
    $5 cancellation fee after June 30th, 2027

    Cost all 3 days per person:
    $50 Early Bird by June 30, 2026
    $55 before June 30, 2027
    $60 after July 1, 2027

    Cost for Dinner and a Show per person:
    $40 Dinner and a Show

    The Fashion Show will be Saturday afternoon and tickets are $3 each.

  • Souvenir Booklet

    For $1 per line, you can have your names published in the Souvenir Booklet's "Best Wishes" pages. This is to support the convention. Deadline is June 1, 2027. Please select the number of names, and then type the individual names below.

  • New This Year - Dormitory Lodging

    Dormitory housing with breakfast and dinner included in the price. One cost for the entire weekend.

  • Please make your selection now or you can use a paper form to add the option later. Registrations due no later than July 13, 2027 if you wish to stay in the dorms. NOTE: Hotel accommodations will be available by August of 2026. These reservations will need to be made separate.

  • For all attendees:
    A "preregistion only" lunch is available at the Dreyfus center. You won't have to leave the facility to eat, leaving more time for dancing and visiting with friends. Registration for the lunches is due by July 28, 2027. Sign up now or use a paper form to add later.

    For those not staying in the dorms:
    A "preregistion only" dinner is available. Come and eat a buffet style meal with your friends at the campus cafeteria. All you can eat. Registration for the dinners is due by July 28, 2027. Sign up now or use a paper form to add later.

    Start off the convention with a dinner and a Polynesian Dancing Show, Thursday before the Trails End Dance.

  • Trails End Dance

    The Trails End Dance will be Thursday evening, August 12, 2027. It will be held at the Convention Facility - Dreyfus University Center, UW Stevens Point Campus, from 7:30pm-10:30pm. Please pay at the door. Sponsored by the Central Northwest Area SDAW Callers and Dancers Associations.
