NPRC Annual Membership Registration Form 2026

Please use this form to either renew or set up your initial membership for the Non-Profit Resource Center at Global Samaritan Resources.

FEES:

Annual Membership Fee - $240.00

In addition to the Annual Membership Fee, all non-profits will incur a "Sourcing Fee" each time they visit the NPRC to procure goods and supplies for their organization. In 2026, to encourage our member organizations to pay on time, we are going to have three (3) payment options for the "Sourcing Fee."

Sourcing Fee Options:

Option A - $25.00 per visit paid by check on the day of the visit

Option B - $30.00 per visit if we invoice you after your visit

Option C - $100.00 PRE-PAID for 4 Future Visits paid by check (this is for the organizations who are frequent visitors and we are invoicing 3-4 times a month - we thought your book keeper might appreciate writing one check verses multiple checks each month.)

DAYS & TIMES THE NPRC IS OPEN:

The NPRC is open on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays and Thursday of each month. Some months (typically November and December) are different due to holidays and vacation periods. A monthly email is sent out with the exact dates the NPRC is open.

The NPRC is open from 9:00 to 11:30 for your convenience. However, we do request that you arrive no later than 11:00 to allow yourself a good amount of time to source product.

RULES:

Due to requirements of our donor organizations and companies who help stock our Non-Profit Resource Center, we must clearly communicate that all items received by member organizations are to be used either for their organizations office needs (i.e. cleaning supplies used to clean their office, bathroom, etc.) or be provided for direct client support (i.e. items provided to a client for their use at home, etc.) and are to be provided at NO COST.

Items procured through the NPRC are not to be used as fundraising tools for your organization. This means you cannot use them as raffle prizes or auction items.

We have the right to question any organization as to how you intend to use the items you are procuring. We ask each organization to "stay in their lane" and to prepared to explain their intended use of any product. There may be a legitimate reason for what you are obtaining, but we reserve the right to ask. For example:

An organization serving teenagers after school - "Why do you need diapers and wipes?"
An organization serving toddlers - "Why do you need candles and Bath & Body Works Body Spray?"

Each organization will be permitted to have three (3) shoppers in 2026, in addition to the Executive Director. Please also make sure that those shoppers have their email filters set to receive emails from director@globalsamaritan.org as they will receive a monthly email highlighting designated shopping days.
