NY Faerie Festival Vendor Application June 26, 27, 28 2026

NYFF is a juried show. Because we now have more than 200 applications, we need to streamline our process and can no longer sort through everyone's FB or half abandoned Etsty pages. We are requiring 5-10 specific photos of your work and space from which the jury will be making their determinations. Please note that we cannot consider you without that information. Our space is limited, so even if you have shown with us before, you are not automatically accepted the following year. I will send acknowledgement of the receipt of this application from info@nyfaeriefestival.com. Please mark that email safe in your system so our communication doesn't end up in your junk file. The Jury begins to review the submissions at the turn of the year and meets in early February. You should know our decisions before the end of the month. Here is the most important step! Please upload 5-10 photographs of your work. Try to include at least 1 high-end piece, one "bread and butter" piece, and if you have one, a picture of your booth set up (outdoor show preferred, but not mandatory). The jury team will primarily use these photos to make their determination in February.
