HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Submit Your Order Complete this form with your project details and upload your content. The more information you provide, the faster we can get started.
Step 2: Receive Your Quote We'll review your submission and send a quote within 3-6 hours. Your quote will confirm your package tier, turnaround time, and total investment.
Step 3: Pay Your Deposit Once you approve the quote, submit your 50% deposit to secure your spot in our queue. Work begins once payment is received.
Step 4: We Design Our team transforms your content into a professionally designed, visually compelling proposal. You'll receive your first draft within your selected turnaround window.
Step 5: Review & Revise Review your designed proposal and submit any edits. Your package includes 2 rounds of revisions to existing text.
Step 6: Final Delivery Once approved, you'll receive your final files—print-ready PDF and editable Canva file—ready to submit and win.
SUBMISSION DEADLINES
All content must be received by 12:00 PM EST at least to get started THAT DAY
→ Send your proposal 3 business days before your proposal due date (Essential through Enterprise packages) → 5 business days before your proposal due date (Custom packages of 76+ pages)
Late submissions may result in delayed delivery or rush fees.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SUBMISSION
Within 2-4 Business Hours: You'll receive an email confirming we received your order, along with any additional questions we may have, your quote and deposit invoice.
Once Deposit Is Paid: You'll receive a confirmation email with your estimated delivery date and your designer's contact information.
During Design: We may reach out with questions to ensure your proposal looks exactly how you need it. Check your email and phone for any clarification requests.
At Delivery: You'll receive an email with your designed proposal files and instructions for submitting revision requests.
