  • Please indicate your desired presentation type. Consult the IASR website's call for abstracts for detailed information.

If accepted, oral presentations will be determined by the review committee as either a 10-minute brief communication or 5-minute data blitz.

Please note that abstracts accepted through this form are NOT considered for symposia or plenaries. See https://www.iasrsite.org/call-for-proposals for information on those separate submissions.

  • Acceptance of Responsibility

Please confirm to submit your abstract for review.
  • Please remember, in general, the first author on the abstract is expected to present. Presenters, if selected, must register for the conference.

Research presented at IASR is expected to have sought appropriate ethical review, and presenters must have obtained consent from all co-authors to present the work. Due to space constraints, presenters will generally only be permitted to give 1 oral or poster presentation.

Consult the registration information on our website to learn about fees and deadlines. If your work is accepted and you cannot attend the conference, you must find a qualified replacement to give your presentation (e.g., co-author) or withdraw your submission. You are responsible for determining if you need any travel documents, visas, etc. to attend the meeting.

IASR will provide a laptop (with both Mac and PC compatibility) and projector for each session. You may not supply your own laptop. If selected for a poster presentation, you are responsible for printing your work to the sizing requirements that will be sent out by email ahead of the meeting. If selected for a data blitz or brief communication, you must bring your presentation on a USB flash drive.
