    Eligibility: Open to all artists residing in Oklahoma.

    Entry Fee: $25.00 (First Image) | $10.00 per additional image. Max Entries: Up to 4 images total.

               About the Juror Greg Stone 

    Greg Stone Cinzel Decorative. is an impressionist landscape painter based in Tulsa, OK. His work has appeared in Plein Air Magazine and the Pastel Journal. He is a Signature member of the Pastel Society of America, a Master Circle artist with the International Association of Pastel Societies, and an Associate member of the American Impressionist Society. He is represented by the Terra Rosa Gallery in Guthrie, the Warm Springs Gallery in Virginia, and the Susan Eddings Perez Gallery in Santa Fe.

    Important Dates:

    Submission Deadline: March 7, 2026

    Notification of Acceptance: approx. March 14, 2026

    Delivery of Accepted Works: March 21 – 28, 2026 (Hand delivery preferred; Shipping and returns allowed at artist's expense)

    Juror Review: April 7 – 10, 2026

    Opening Reception: April 11, 2026

    May 30: Closing date for 2026 Juried Wait 5 Minutes Exhibition

    June 2 - 6: Pick Up of Unsold Work

     

    Awards

    Best of Show:  $1000

    2nd Place:  $500

    3rd Place:  $250

    3 Honorable Mentions:  $50 Gift Certificate each

    People's Choice Award: Each painting will have an envelope for the People's Choice Award. Customers can vote by placing $1 per vote into the envelope. Voting will be available throughout the exhibition. The money collected from all the paintings will be totaled, and the painting with the most votes will receive the People's Choice Award prize.

    The winner of Best of Show will be showcased in next year's posters and social media content.

  •  ARTWORK GUIDELINES (PLEASE READ)

    1. Eligible Media: We accept original, hand-crafted 2D and 3D visual art.

    Strictly prohibited: Works created using AI as the final piece, graphic design programs, or commercially produced giclée reproductions. (Using AI for reference is acceptable.)

    Works completed within the last 2 years and not previously exhibited with Terra Rosa Gallery.


    2. Presentation & Size Guidelines:

    2D Limits: Max 40 inches in any direction, including frame. Must have D-rings and wire.
    There will be a $15 charge if the gallery needs to install appropriate hanging equipment.

    3D Limits: Max 36" wide x 40" tall (pedestals provided).

     

    3. Pricing 

    Sales & Commission (40/60 Split): All work must be priced for sale. Works not for sale will not be accepted.

     

    4. Delivery & Shipping Policy:

    Method: Hand delivery to Terra Rosa Art Gallery is strongly encouraged.

    Shipping Rules: Artists shipping work are responsible for all shipping/insurance costs. A prepaid return label is required. Be sure to choose a shipping company with a 90-day refund window. Work must be shipped in reusable packaging (no packing peanuts).
