  • Obtaining a space in the garage
    Any requests for Spaces must go through GSA Building Management whether it be for government owned spaces or out leased. Assignment of space is a two step process:


    1. Security Check for HSPD-12 compliance or equivalent
    2. Contract process through Government Occupancy Agreement or NDC.
    Note: Should a parking space not be available, tenant will be placed on a waiting list until a space become available.

  • Failure to follow garage rules, regulations, or federal security requirements may result in the suspension or termination of monthly parking privileges at the discretion of NDC Parking.

  • Payment

    Monthly parking payments are processed through PayIt ParkIt, the official billing platform for NDC Parking.

    • All monthly parkers must have a valid bank card on file.
    • Payment is automatic and billed on the 1st of each month.
    • New customers will have their first month prorated based on their start date.
    • A 30-day notice is required to cancel monthly parking.
    • Parking privileges may be suspended if payment is not received.
    • A secure sign-up link will be sent to you after your parking request has been approved.
