Crowns, Courage, and Community: 50 Years Strong of Scholarship and Leadership
Aspiring candidates for the Miss Teenage Tampa Scholarship Pageant are invited to embark on an enriching journey that celebrates leadership, scholarship, and personal excellence.

To participate, young women must embody the morals, ideals, and characteristics aligned with the distinguished legacy of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.

Contestants should be unmarried, without prior marriages or children, and entering their junior or senior year of high school for the 2025–2026 school year at any Hillsborough County public, private, charter, or home school. A minimum 2.5 GPA is required at the time of application and throughout all pageant activities, including the duration of a winner’s reign.

Participants must also commit to engaging fully in the transformative experiences offered through cultural enrichment workshops, production rehearsals, community service, and social activities scheduled from January to June 2026, with the final dress rehearsal being mandatory. This pageant offers not only the opportunity to shine, but to grow, lead, and represent Tampa with grace.

The deadline for the application is January 12, 2026.

This year’s theme, Crowns, Courage, and Community: 50 Years of Strong Scholarship and Leadership, highlights the importance of vision and legacy.
