Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee we will be able to take your cat in to care. Placement of cats in our foster care program will depend on availability of a suitable carer. Please note our organisation cannot legally take stray cats. By law they must go through your local pound system in case they are not stray, but lost, and this gives their owners a chance to find them. Please feel free to contact us for advice if the cat you applying to surrender is a stray cat.
