Alien Loves Humans Foundation (ALHF) 

Academic Scholarship For Student Athletes

The desired Sports Club must be registered with the Aliens Love Humans Foundation to apply. All scholarship awards are subject to the availability of funds, and will only cover part of the players dues only, not to exceed 50% and to not exceed $150 per month of the player dues subsidized.

The Aliens Love Humans Foundation (ALHF) is committed to supporting student-athletes who demonstrate academic responsibility and strong character. Submission of this application does not guarantee scholarship approval. All scholarship support is subject to ALHF review, available funding, and compliance with program standards.

1. Scholarship Consideration

• This form serves as an initial application for scholarship consideration only. Approval is not guaranteed.
• If awarded, scholarships are partial and the award percentage will be determined by ALHF based on available funding and applicant eligibility.
• All scholarship funds are paid directly to the applicant's youth sports program-never to families or individuals.
• Initial eligibility requires that the applicant's desired youth sports team be reviewed and approved by ALHF, meet ALHF program standards, and operate as a nonprofit entity.
• Teams or programs that do not meet ALHF standards or are not nonprofit organizations are not eligible for scholarship funding.

2. Academic Eligibility Requirements

• To be eligible for scholarship consideration and continued support, applicants must:
• Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• Provide academic records, report cards, or verification documents when requested. Demonstrate consistent academic progress and responsible school attendance.
• ALHF reserves the right to verify academic performance at any time

3. Program Eligibility, Approval & Reapplication

Scholarship applicants must participate in a youth sports team that is pre-approved by ALHF and confirmed as a nonprofit entity.

If a scholarship recipient transfers to a new team or program:

• A new application is required.
• The new team must also meet ALHF requirements and be approved as a nonprofit organization.
  1. Continued funding is not automatic and must be reevaluated.
  2. Failure to maintain eligibility may result in non-renewal or termination of scholarship support.

4. Non-Transferability of Scholarship Funds

Scholarships cannot be transferred to another individual. Funds may only be used for the specific nonprofit youth sports program approved by Misuse or redirection of funds will result in termination of the scholarship.

5. Authorization to Communicate With Sports Program Staff 

By sumbitting this application, parents/guardians authorize ALHF to communicate with:

• Coaches
• Program Directors
• Team administrators or organizational representatives

These communications may include:

• Verification of participation
• Academic eligibility updates
• Compliance with ALHF scholarship standards
• Confirmation that the team meets ALHF nonprofit requirements

6. Media, Recording & Likeness Agreement (Required for Eligibility)

• Participation in the Academic Scholarship Program requires consent to media usage. By signing below, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree:
• ALHF may photograph, film, record, or capture the applicant/player during ALHF- funded youth sports activities and related events.
• ALHF also reserves the right to record or photograph the applicant while participating on their youth sports team-regardless of whether the team is formally associated with ALHF-strictly for verification, documentation, educational, and promotional purposes.
  • ALHF may use these images, videos, and recordings for:
  • Marketing
  • Fundraising
  • Digital and print media
  • Social media
  • Program reporting
• No financial compensation will be provided for media usage.
• All captured media becomes the property of ALHF.
• Opting out of the Media, Recording & Likeness Agreement results in ineligibility for scholarship consideration.

7. Opt-Out Policy

Parents/guardians may opt out of the Academic Scholarship Program at any time by submitting a written request to: alienslovehumans@outlook.com

• Opting out of scholarship participation will result in loss of eligibility for current or future scholarship consideration.

8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By signing below, I acknowledge the following:

• I have read and fully understand all terms of the ALHF Academic Scholarship Program.
• I understand that scholarship approval is not guaranteed and is based on funding availability, academic eligibility, and team approval requirements.
• I understand that my child's desired team must be approved by ALHF, meet ALHF standards, and operate as a nonprofit entity.
• I agree to the Media, Recording & Likeness Agreement as a condition of eligibility.
• I certify that all information provided in this application is true and accurate.
