By submitting this form, I certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that European Auto Group (EAG) reserves the right to review, investigate, and verify any details submitted as part of this warranty claim.

I acknowledge that the EAG warranty covers only defects in parts and workmanship performed directly by EAG and does not cover:
- Labor performed by any third-party shop, installer, dealership, or individual.
- Damage caused by misuse, driver error, improper operation, abuse, or negligence.
- Any track use, racing, competition, or exhibition driving.
- Wear-and-tear, maintenance-related issues, or failures unrelated to the EAG conversion or part.
I understand that submitting a warranty claim does not guarantee approval. EAG may deny claims found to be outside the scope of warranty coverage or related to unauthorized labor, modifications, incorrect diagnostics, or fraudulent information.

I agree that EAG shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or performance issues resulting from third-party installations, repairs, modifications, tuning, or misdiagnosis.

Any repair work begun without prior written approval from EAG is not eligible for reimbursement and may void the applicable warranty.
