During the order process, you will be asked to upload your brand assets. We recommend preparing the following (as available) before starting the process:

 

• Logo files, preferably as vector EPS, SVG or AI files. PNG files are accepted.
• Headshot(s), as high-resolution files.
• Team or lifestyle photography, as high-resolution files.  
• Listing photography & videography, of your favorite past or present listings.
• Agent bio(s), as a text document or web link.  
• Brand information, such as a mission statement, awards, or other details.
• Client testimonials, as a text document or web link(s).  
• Downloadables, such as a buyer or seller guide. 
• Legal documents, such as an IABS that must be linked for compliance.

Up to three (3) MLS data feeds are included.

 

Some MLS systems may require additional direct or pass-through fees.

 

Additional MLS data feeds incur a $5 / mo. fee per additional MLS, plus any associated direct or pass-through fees. Adding additional MLS feeds contingent upon any commingling restrictions enforced by the associated MLS systems. 

If you do not own a domain, Blok will register one (1) domain on your behalf. 

 

As per our Terms of Service, you maintain ownership of the domain, and Blok will provide an EPP transfer auth code to transfer the domin to the reigsrar of your choosing upong written request. 

 

Additional domains sold separately.  Please list domains in order of preference. Domain selection subject to availability.  Once a website is live, migrating a webstie from to a different domain incurs a one-time $350 migration fee.  

The following steps request that you upload the custom content and assets you would like our team to use to build your website.

We appreciate your attention to labeling content and assets clearly.  

For all logos:

Listing photography may be used aesthetically to make your website authentic and distinct.  You can hand-select specific images, or provide the full set for any listing, and our team will select the best images.

• "Print" files are preferrable to "Web-Ready" if your photographer provided both.

A video reel can be used as your homepage background.  A featured video can also be included if available. 

 

For all videography:

• Landscape videography only.
• Background video reels should not contain text or other motion graphics.
• High-resolution MP4 or MOV preferred. (Must be uploaded as a ZIP)
• Labels are not required, but helpful.

Bios may include additional details, such as:

• Awards 
• Certifications
• FAQs
   

For all content:

• Any text document can be provided.
• Files or headings should include the name of the individual.

Brand content may include:

• Mission Statement
• List of Services
• Core Values
• Awards, Achievements & Press

 

For all content uploads:

We can reference client testimonials from your brokerage page, Zillow, Google, or Facebook. Alternatively, there may be specific testimonials you would like to provide.

After submitting this order form, you will be directed to create your billing account and accept the Blok Terms of Service. 

 

By completing this order form and creating your billing account, you acknowledge that your Subscription Plan will begin immediately and authorize Blok to charge the payment method on file in the amount selected above.

 

Blok website Subscription Plans are cancelable upon written notice at any time. Subscription Plan payments are non-refundable.

 

The billing period for a website Subscription Plan can be changed on any regularly scheduled renewal date. 

 

Website subscription charges auto-renew on the same day of each month or year.

 

If a website Subscription Plan payment fails, there is a fifteen (15) day grace period, after which time a $25 late fee will be applied to the account. If a website Subscription Plan payment is delinquent for 30 days, the website will be automatically deactivated.  Canceled or deactivated website Subscription Plans can be reactivated at any time for a $100 reactivation fee.
