2026 HATch Registration

HATch welcomes all performers from grade 3 up to year 12 to 2026!
Registration Deadline – PLEASE READ

Registrations for 2026 will close at the end of Week 5, Term 1. This is a firm cutoff. To participate in our 2026 season your performer MUST be registered by the end of Week 5, Term 1. Late registrations cannot be accommodated due to the structure of our rehearsal and production timeline.
Classes for 2026:

Held every Wednesday during the school terms starting February 11th at the Matt Dann Theatre, Hamilton st, South Hedland.

All performers 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Production Dates for 2026 (compulsory attendance):

Weekend rehearsal Dates (compulsory attendance)

Please give careful consideration to the production and weekend rehearsal dates before registering as they may conflict with other activities that your child wishes to do. COMPULSORY attendance is required for these dates.

Student Registration Details

HATch regularly updates everyone via text message and email. If your child has a mobile device and or an email account of their own we will send the same updates to them too. It is not compulsory to add your child's contact details here, however for older students this can be a useful tool to manage and distribute information.

This code of conduct is for all HATch members including parents, volunteers, children and committee members and is designed to ensure that our space remains a place of joy and discovery for everyone involved. HATch fees

The fee for the 2026 season with HATch is $115 per term which includes all insurances and admin costs. We are offering the option to pay an upfront discounted fee of $430 for all four terms or you may pay $115/term. Fees and registrations are due by week five of Term one and by week two of Term 2, 3 and 4. There may be an additional $50 costume fee in second term but this will be communicated to you closer to Term 2.
