Liability & Assumption of Risk

I understand that visiting a working farm involves natural risks, including uneven ground, weather conditions, and unpredictable behaviour of animals.
I agree to take reasonable care for my own safety and the safety of any children in my care.

I acknowledge that:

Animals may move suddenly
Surfaces may be slippery or uneven
Weather and outdoor conditions can change
Participation in feeding, touching, or interacting with animals is voluntary
By participating in Farmarama activities, I voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with farm environments.

Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the farm operators, volunteers, members, and associated entities from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where caused by gross negligence.

Supervision

Children must remain under the supervision of their parent/guardian at all times.

No-Photos Policy

✔ Farmarama is a strict no-photo environment to protect:

• Child safety

• Guest and resident privacy

• Animal welfare

✔ I will not take photos or videos unless staff give permission.
I agree to the No-Photos Policy.
Liability Waiver
✔ Participation in farm activities carries inherent risks.
✔ I waive liability against Farmarama, staff, volunteers, and owners for accidental injury, slips, falls, allergies, or unpredictable animal behaviour.
✔ I accept responsibility for my own safety and the safety of minors in my care.
✔ I understand intentional or negligent damage may incur costs.

Day Membership Agreement (Private Membership Association)
Farmarama operates under a Private Membership Association (PMA).
By attending this tour, you become a Day Member for the date of your visit.

As a Day Member, you acknowledge that:
✔ This experience is private and available to members only.
✔ Entry is for members and their invited guests—not the general public.
✔ All participation is voluntary.
✔ All safety, conduct, and waiver agreements apply to your membership period.
✔ Your Day Membership is valid only for the duration of your booked tour.
