1. Orders & Lead Time
  • All goodies are freshly baked with care, so please allow 1 (one) day lead time.
  • Rush orders depend on availability — just message me and I’ll try my best!
2. Payments
  • We accept GCash, Paymaya and Bank Transfer.
  • Orders are only confirmed after payment.
  • Unpaid orders will not be processed, so don’t forget to send your proof of payment. 💛
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Once your order is confirmed, cancellation is no longer allowed.
  • Need to move your pickup/delivery time? No problem! You may reschedule at least 24 hours before.
4. Delivery & Pickup
  • Deliveries are done via Lalamove or Grab (booked by the customer unless stated otherwise).
  • We serve Bulacan and Metro Manila.
  • Once the order is handed to the rider, it’s already out of our control — we’re not liable for delays, mishandling, melting, or damages during transit.
  • If you're picking up, kindly arrive on time so your treats stay fresh and perfect. ✨
5. Refunds & Returns
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or courier-related issues.
  • Refunds or replacements are only given if we prepared the wrong item.
  • Please message us within 2 hours of receiving your order and send clear photos/videos so we can assist.

  • Cookies: Enjoy at room temp or warm for 5–8 seconds in the microwave for a soft, gooey texture.
  • Revel Bars and Brownies: Keep refrigerated upon receiving them to maintain freshness.
  • General: Keep all baked goods in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or humidity.
  • Our treats are preservative-free, so they taste best when enjoyed as soon as possible.
  (If your order comes with specific care instructions, please follow those for best results!)
8. Handling After Pickup/Delivery
  • Once the order is received, please follow the recommended storage and reheating instructions.
  • The Sweet Equity cannot replace items that were damaged or stored incorrectly after pickup/delivery.
