Application process

Applicants must be 18 to 25 years and employed within the restaurant or hospitality industry in Los Angeles. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirming your application. Kindly note that we are unable to provide updates on application status. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and selected applicants will be contacted directly by the noma booking team using the details provided, with an offer to book one (1) seat at a shared booking on a designated date. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee availability, and noma cannot guarantee a specific date. Upon receiving an offer of a booking, the applicant must accept and confirm the offer within five (5) business days.The booking is personal and non-transferable, and may not be gifted or sold to another person or third party.
