Counselor Application
As a Summer Camp Counselor at Kimball Camp Outdoor Center, you will help create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for campers and guests across Day Camp, Resident Camp, and rental group programs. Counselors lead activities, support camper well-being, and assist with operational tasks such as waterfront supervision, high-adventure programs, cleaning, and food service. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to Kimball Camp’s mission to provide a safe and enriching environment for all ages by fostering a connection with faith, community, self and nature.
Starting pay $250+ per week | Room and board provided
