Wynner's Academy After School Program (Partnership)

Program Overview:

The Wynners Academy Afterschool Program Partnership brings real-world financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship education directly to schools through an engaging, structured, and youth-centered curriculum. Designed for high school students, the program provides hands-on learning rooted in the BAILS Framework—Banking, Accounting, Insurance, Legal, and Social Media—while empowering students to build the skills they need to navigate adulthood with confidence.

Through this partnership, Wynners Academy works closely with schools to create an enriching afterschool experience that complements academic learning and supports the whole student.

Purpose of the Partnership

The afterschool partnership aims to:

Expand access to financial literacy and business education for students who may not receive it in the classroom.
Equip students with practical life skills such as budgeting, professional communication, and career planning.
Introduce entrepreneurship as a realistic and attainable pathway.
Provide mentorship and exposure to local business professionals.
Support schools in offering high-quality, structured afterschool programming aligned with real-world readiness.
