Program Overview:

The Wynners Academy Mentorship Program connects high school students with caring, experienced professionals and business owners who can guide them through personal, academic, and career development.
Our mentorship model strengthens confidence, increases access to opportunities, and exposes youth to real-world possibilities they may not experience otherwise.

Purpose of the Mentorship Program
The goal of the mentorship program is to create supportive, long-lasting relationships that help students:

Build financial and career readiness
Explore industries and career paths
Gain exposure to entrepreneurship and business operations
Develop communication and leadership skills
Learn the BAILS Framework (Banking, Accounting, Insurance, Legal, Social Media)
Prepare for adulthood through real-world learning and guidance
Mentors serve as motivators, role models, and connectors—helping students navigate their next steps with confidence.

Time Commitment
6–12 month mentorship cycle
1–2 hours per month minimum
Additional events (optional but encouraged)
We value consistency over intensity, showing up consistently is what matters most to our students.
