We, Leir Education Ltd and its directors, unconditionally reserve the right to refuse, cancel or accept an application to participate in any of our programmes at any time and without justification of such decision to the applicant or their representative(s).

The responsibility fully rests with the applicant or, in the case of a minor (under the age of 18), their legal representative, to provide an honest and accurate disclosure on the registration form of any medical, physical, emotional, social, behavioural, psychological or mental issues, problems or conditions of an applicant, regardless of severity, which may or may not affect the health, safety and well-being of the applicant. and/or any individual, associate, staff member, host family and/or supplier of Leir Education Ltd, either directly or indirectly.

Failure to disclose any information required, necessary or beneficial to the health and safety of any participant or the success of a Leir Education Ltd programme may result, without justification, in the following:
- Termination or refusal to participate.
- Responsibility for all or any additional and associated costs incurred.
- Non-refund of any payments made.
Leir Education Ltd and its directors have a duty to adequately care for all those who participate in its programs, receive our services, partner, and or work with us to provide such services and programs. It should be noted that we do not employ additional staff, nor do we have the facilities or resources to care for individuals who may require a special needs assistant, medical assistance, counselling, or support outside of the programme(s) and/or service(s) for which we are employed to provide as a private entity.
