    There is rage within you intense enough to kill.

    Growing up in modern culture your anger was punished, dismissed, shamed.

    Until you experience your rage about having been shut down—about having been made into a good little boy and mastered—consciously and in its full intensity, you deny your own power. You stay afraid of yourself.

    You’ve learnt to cope. You repress your anger. You become so numb to it that you think “I’m not an angry person.” Occasionally, you explode and do something you regret. Or you use anger against yourself, constantly beating yourself up. You did this to survive—which you did.

    Yet, the cost of never having developed an adult relationship with your anger is high. You drift aimlessly, lacking passion. You do not say what you want, let alone know what you truly want. You fall into addiction as a way to cover the hole within. You are tired all day, lost in overthinking.

    Are you done surviving?

    Is the pain of watching your life go by in numb comfort big enough to face your fear of going into the unknown—where you can’t analyze or control, only experience?

    Nobody can do it for you. Nobody can free you from your survival strategies that keep you cramped up and cut off from your power. There is no use in blaming your parents or playing endless dramas with your partner. It will not change anything.

    More interestingly, nobody can stop you from doing it. Nobody can stop you from facing the dragon within and reclaiming your dignity.

    It starts by finally drawing the boundary. By owning your voice, speaking out, and becoming visible. By not adapting to the people around you and keeping your centre. By taking risks and committing to what you care about. By saying “NO!” and “YES!” and "STOP!" from your body, before your mind can interfere.

    You need your anger for this. Anger is life energy—your fuel to bring clarity, decisiveness, and embodied presence to your everyday life and create what you came here to do.

    In this Rage Club you won’t have to do it alone. You’ll find men daring to be on the same path as you—men that are on your team by calling you out when needed, committing to your commitments, and standing by your side no matter what.

    There are no refunds, only credit given for future trainings. If you cancel more than 1 week before the training starts, you receive full credit. If you cancel less than 1 week before, you receive half credit.

  • Rules of Engagement:
    Do not hurt yourself.

    If you miss two sessions you are out of the training.
    Eating and drinking is not permitted during the session, except water.
