    1. Booking & Payment

    A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your booking.
    Remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
    Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, or invoice.
     

    2. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: full refund of deposit.
    Cancellations made 14–30 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit.
    Cancellations within 14 days of the event: deposit is non-refundable.
     

    3. Event Requirements

    Client must provide adequate space (minimum 8x8 feet) and access to power.
    Venue access must be available at least 1 hour before event start for setup.
    Client is responsible for ensuring venue approval for photo booth installation.
     

    4. Use of Equipment

    Props and booth equipment must be treated with care.
    Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests beyond normal wear and tear.
    Booth attendant (if included) will oversee safe use of equipment.
     

    5. Photo Sharing & Privacy

    Guests may share photos digitally via text, email, or social media.
    Client will receive a digital gallery link within 72 hours after the event.
    By using the booth, guests consent to photos being stored and shared with the event host.
     

    6. Add-Ons & Upgrades

    Add-ons (prints, overlays, props, etc.) must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
    Additional hours may be purchased on-site, subject to availability.
     

    7. Liability

    We are not responsible for technical issues caused by venue power outages, internet connectivity, or guest misuse.
    In the unlikely event of equipment failure, liability is limited to a refund of the rental fee.
     

    8. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).
    In such cases, deposits may be applied to a future booking.
     

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
    Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local jurisdiction.
