- Public comment submissions must be submitted 24-hours before the board meeting listed above. This form will be disabled automatically 24-hours before the board meeting.

I understand and acknowledge that submissions of comments and/or requests to address the Board or one of its committees during the public comment portion of the meeting must be submitted to the Virginia Cannabis Control Authority at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting. In honoring requests to provide public comment, the Board or committee will limit such comments to three minutes for each speaker at the discretion of the Board chairperson or committee chairperson.
