  • Consent Agreement:

    By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge and consent to providing complete honesty regarding your hair history, including all previous color services, chemical treatments, use of medications , and at-home color applications. You understand that accurate information is essential for achieving desired results, and that the stylist cannot be held responsible for unexpected outcomes, damage, or corrective needs that arise from information that was withheld or not truthfully provided.

    At your first appointment, you will receive a personalized Hair Care Card outlining recommended professional products for proper maintenance. Should you choose not to purchase these products in the salon, you understand that the stylist is not liable for any fading, discoloration, or changes to your color that occur due to improper aftercare or the use of synthetic tanning products.

    You also acknowledge that the salon upholds a strict no-refund policy. Any adjustments to your color must be requested within seven (7) days of your appointment; requests made after this period will be considered a new service.

    A non-refundable deposit is required for all blonding appointments and will be applied to your final total at the time of service.

    The cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, and failure to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
